First rule, contact us before returning any products. We want to make it right! But if you have a minute over, please read our return policy below first.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Always send us a photo of the product you will return.

First of all, send us a mail with your question about the return and attach a photo of the product and the original package. We will inform you what the next step will be. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Sale items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Buyer’s remorse
    Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Because all our orders are printed on demand, we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizes.

But if you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we can try to figure something out!. 

We have several production sites and depending what product you have ordered you should send it back to the corresponding productionsite. All sent products are marked with a return address for your convenience.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dogprint.me or use the form above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your product is damaged or defective when you get it, we will make sure you get a new product. Please contact us in that case.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
