Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 

• 2-7 business days for apparel products
• 2-5 business days for non-apparel products

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. You will get a tracking number and tracking link when the order is on the way.

Our estimated delivery time (fulfilment & shipping) is depending where on the earth you live and from what production site the product will be shiped from. Our goal is to deliver as soon as possible. Here is some examples of deliverytimes:

• A bottle to UK → 2-3 business days
• A mug to Germany → 5-12 business days
